Our North American leadership

Heather, Hillary, Maria and Rosalio are experienced and passionate wine industry professionals from a variety of wine business and winemaking backgrounds. They understand, first hand, the challenges and complexities of running a successful wine business.

Heather Crawford
General Manager, North America

Heather began her career in wine in 2008 at Foster's Wine Estates after 15 years in health insurance. Since then Heather has helped wineries, food and high tech companies of all sizes build strong teams and adopt technology. A passion and profession, wine holds a special place in Heather's heart. Heather has her WSET Level 2 certification, is an Economics graduate with a BA from the University of Arizona and an M.Sc. from Caltech.

Hillary Silva
Sales and Implementation Manager

Hillary’s passion for winemaking sparked at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. As an aspiring winemaker, she has worked seven vintages using vintrace at wineries in both California & New Zealand and has achieved her Court of Master Sommelier.

Maria Hernandez
Customer Success Specialist

Maria has spent the last 11 years at Sonoma Cutrer working hands-on with vintrace and speaks fluent Spanish, providing premium support to vintrace customers in both English and Spanish.

Rosalio Perez
Customer Success Specialist

Rosalio joined vintrace in July of 2019, as a Technical Support Specialist. Prior to vintrace, Rosalio spent 16 years at Clos du Bois, as a Wine Tracking Analyst. He is a graduate of the Empire College School of Business.
