Director of Engineering, Australia - REMOTE

vintrace is seeking an experienced and energized Director of Engineering responsible for building the product and team that strengthens the platform foundations. You’ll be defining, driving, and delivering the technical roadmap of the team, hiring talented engineers who can continue to build out our scalable systems and defining the underlying infrastructure of vintrace. This team will be responsible for a suite of core products and services that enables every other engineering team to scale and build new products quickly. These platform teams will have a combination of both directly user facing products as well as interfaces for other engineering teams. There are challenges for the team that range from building for usability to scaling for massive scale and wide array of engineering requirements.

Platform engineering is foundational to the success of vintrace as a company. vintrace’s success comes from the strength of its platform engineering org and its ability to provide a layer of abstractions for every product team to build quickly and scale effortlessly.

Partnerships & Integrations Manager, Australia - REMOTE

vintrace is seeking a strategic and collaborative Partnerships & Integrations Manager (PIM) responsible for making best in-class integrations a reality for our customers while serving as the internal champion and voice of the customer. The PIM will keep a pulse on industry trends - identifying worthy partnerships and building those relationships. Through collaboration with internal stakeholders, our customers and 3rd party vendors they will be responsible for driving the delivery and maintenance of integrations within the wider product roadmap.

Product Manager, Australia - REMOTE

vintrace is seeking an experienced and analytical Product Manager to be responsible for defining and delivering a best in-class product, while serving as an internal champion and voice of the customer. In collaboration with stakeholders throughout the business they will be responsible for defining the product roadmap and assisting with its delivery.

The successful Product Manager will be obsessed with product performance and customer communication. They will work with their development team to create innovative solutions to challenging problems. They will delegate responsibilities within their teams to ensure product release deadlines are met, provide internal and external trainings, and ensure customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner. Additionally, the Product Manager will be expected to stay up to date with competing solutions as well as market trends related to the product for which they are responsible.
