Customer Support Representative

Got what it takes to help a global customer base of winemakers? Here's some of the core activities you'll undertake:

  • Solve application support questions from our global customer base.
  • Provide support to our sales, training and implementation teams.
  • Work some seasonal shift hours or be oncall during harvest periods.
  • Work with our development team to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Contribute to internal and customer facing documentation and training materials.
  • Visit customers on site where necessary.

Customer Success Manager

Do you love customers and want to help them succeed? Here's some of the core activities you'll undertake:

  • Drive retention and growth by understanding our customers business needs and helping them succeed.
  • Lead and project manage the onboarding of new customers.
  • Marshall relevant stakeholders to ensure the onboarding and training process is a success and the customer realises the value of their investment.
  • Develop relevant assets and workflows to streamline our onboarding process.
  • Develop and maintain customer analytics that helps identify customer product usage. Take action to address any concerns.
  • Pro-actively plan monthly and seasonal webinars to promote product usage and new features.
  • Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyse customer health metrics and gather other feedback.
  • Build relationships with high-value customers of different types, ensure lessons learnt are made available and effectively communicated to all customers.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as vintrace advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies) and pass onto to our Marketing team.
  • Work closely with our Product Manager to represent the voice of the customer in Product Roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with our departments to ensure positive outcome for our customers.

Software Engineer (Node+React)

We're looking for an enthusiastic junior to mid level Node+React Software Engineer to join us at vintrace. Are you the right person for the job?

  • You'll need to know your way around Node and React competently.
  • Ideally 1-2 years experience for a junior position.
  • Ideally 5 or more years experience for a senior position.
  • Experience developing quality commercial products, open source contributions or your own side-projects in Node and React.

We're looking for an enthusiastic junior to mid level Java Software Engineer to join us at vintrace. Are you the right person for the job?

  • You'll need to know your way around Java competently.
  • Ideally 1-2 years experience for a junior position.
  • Ideally 5 or more years experience for a senior position.
  • Experience developing quality commercial products, open source contributions or your own side-projects in Java.
  • Experience with JBoss and Java EE projects a bonus.

Global Head of Marketing and Communications

We're looking for a marketing and comms guru to join us here at vintrace. Are you the right person for the job? Here's some of the core activities you'll undertake:

  • Be the voice of vintrace to current and future customers globally.
  • Develop and run the vintrace global Marketing Strategy both digital and non digital.
  • Develop and manage a rolling global marketing and communications plan.
  • Write and design marketing materials.
  • Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Run the weekly marketing meeting and project manage across functions to
    meet deadlines.
  • Identifying promotional events and sponsorship opportunities to bring to the
    attention of management.
  • Create the vision and lead our participation in trade shows globally including
    all collateral, pre-post campaigns, trade show events and logistics.
  • Attend trade shows to provide pre-sale demonstrations.
