Customer Support Representative

Do you love working with people? Are you ready to help businesses improve their operational efficiencies through the implementation of world-class software? Are you passionate about wine and technology? If you answered 'yes' to these questions - then we have the role for you! 

The impact you will drive:

  • Solve application support questions from our global customer base.
  • Provide support to our sales, training and implementation teams.
  • Work some seasonal shift hours or be on call during harvest periods.
  • Work with our development team to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation and training materials.
  • Visit customers on-site where necessary.

Test Analyst

Do you have excellent attention to detail and a keen ability to see the bigger picture? If you are a natural critical thinker and a highly organised person with a passion for wine and technology, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Test Analyst.

The impact you will drive:

  • Create user story stories from business requirements.
  • Develop and execute test plans based on requirements.
  • Provide feedback to developers.
  • Participate in product workshops.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups.
  • Liaise with customers to gain direct feedback on the software.
  • Logging, confirming, testing and closing issues in JIRA.
  • Contribute to our suite of automated tests.
  • Help manage software releases.
  • Compile release notes.
  • Help maintain and extend online support documentation.

System Engineer

Do you have top-notch abilities in communication, customer service, time management and project management? Are you an experienced Systems Engineer with a proven ability to take on problems and see them through to resolution? Join vintrace and make an impact in the wine and craft beverage industry.

The impact you will drive:

  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software
    and system management tools.
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
  • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency.
  • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
  • Provide IT support to global vintrace staff, including device provisioning and
    management.
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
  • Manage SaaS subscriptions used within the business.
  • Maintain PowerBI reports as well as scripts and databases used for business
    reporting.
  • Proactively ensure the integrity and security of customer data.
