vinCreative and vintrace have teamed up to create an industry-first, Australian integration that seamlessly connects real-time stock management and inventory traceability in vintrace to available stock records for sales and marketing in vinCreative. The integration is a powerful, end-to-end software solution for Australian wine businesses—enhancing and tracking operations from grape to glass to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The integration means that wineries will save time, money and improve accuracy with real-time data synchronisation between vintrace and vinCreative. Rekeying sales orders or manually updating inventory is a thing of the past in vintrace, while one-click WET reports provide wineries with simple, accurate records to maximise their rebate. The integration maps Contacts, Products, Warehouses and Price Lists then synchronises Sales for real-time stock updates providing surety of eCommerce, Wine Club, and POS stock levels. Full traceability also means that it can be traced down to the batch or bottle and matched to customers’ purchases in the unlikely event of contamination.
